POSITIVE THINKING COURSE – THE AIM
The aim of the Positive Thinking course is to give you an understanding of the nature of thought. You will learn methods for being more positive and constructive at home, at work and in your relationships. Topics covered include–
- Understanding the energy of thought,
- Getting to know the mind,
- Taking control of life’s experiences,
- Developing self esteem,
- Creating one’s own reality and
- Making daily living a positive experience.
The Positive Thinking Course is offered at no charge.
The course is taught in small and large groups. Each course consists of four to five lessons, each lesson lasting for 1.5 to 2 hours.
